    71T a bit more progress

    71 has been making very slow progress lately as I focus on my the 190SL and business needs.

    But carpets and Phil's seats are now in, as is the rear seat delete section I constructed. Starting to look like a car.
    Some electrical and lighting remain to be installed and some work on the door gaps yet o be completed, but I can at last start to consider the idea of putting her on the road and actually getting to drive her.

          What did you recover the seats in ? Ostrich skin ?

            Yes Phil, I used Ostrich hide as I felt it would give really good grip, ventilation and looks cool. I think it will age really well to.
