We are planning to go down to the penisula as the green car has a very small part to play at Carl's wedding next weekend. My fiancée peta is coming along too, as ive sold this whole escapade as a romantic weekend away. The best western on the highway won't create the appropriate impression me thinks!

Can anyone recommend a nice place to stay around Sorrento, Portsea and environs relatively close to nice eateries that also has decent and relatively secure off street parking?

A few options may help, as we seem to drawing blanks or a sorry we are full or we have one room that's not very good etc.

Hi Justin,

The wedding party and some guests are staying at "The Quarters at Flinders". I couldn't get a room, but you could try.

I'm across the road at "The Flinders Cove".
