will be interesting to watch that one..... its completely restored isnt it? A nut and bolt job?
I wonder if we will ever learn what it actually sells for - I'm told the top end of the market in the UK .... providing its an absolute no questions car.... is still quite strong.
I wonder how the insurance companies would respond to a 300K insured value on a 2.4E here in the same knick. Think they would baulk or not?Justin Reed

Hi all
Name's Janyon. New member.
Thanks for posting that link Epilot.
I guess the question is what did the resto cost and hence what would the value would the donor car in tidy, usable, drivable condition have been prior to a total resto.
I'm always keen to know what the market is paying for good, unrestored cars versus undrivable rust buckets as a starting point for an expensive resto

Welcome Janyon.
The problem really is finding anything thats half decent these days that is not a total basket-case. They are either rusted to pieces of have radical body mods requiring a lot of expensive work. Who knows what the donor car looked like before this resto but I would guess its pretty bad.
the days of finding any good 901 car in any condition at a reasonable price are, I'm afraid, long gone...........sigpicPhil Lack
