    Porsche Advanced Driver Training

    Hey all,
Has anyone hee attended a Porsche Advanced Driver Training course? There's one in October at Philip Island that I'm considering, but looking for some comments...
Perhaps it'll help me not to slide into the grass on informal runs... :p
    Thanks!

    Matt,
they are good, you do get a fair bit of seat time, and the instructors are always really good.
Always at the top end of the price range, but worth it.

Isn't everything thats Porsche related? They have to pay for the polo shirts somehow...

The marketing material suggests its Porsche Centre Melbourne themselves, although its a bit sparse in detail.

told you they are on the steep side!!!!

They normally have people like Jimmy Richards, Andrew Medieke etc, so you are getting good instructors

Check the Murcotts site for full range of defensive driver and performance programs.

We've done levels 1 and 2 through work and I can recommend them.

I did the 2 day course at Mt Cotton in Qld its PCA who operates the events used to be Thomas Mezera in charge. Boy I would have loved to have done it at Phillip Island instead however. That would be grouse particularly day 2 in their cars!!!!!

A mate of mine did the 2 day Peter Finlay course at Oran Park & had a ball -heaps of track time & learnt heaps only $750, I'm thinking of doing it latter in the year.
