          i've never owned a sporto (hopefully will one day), but I have heard more than a couple of people talk about the need to have a certain seal glued in.
          I'm talking sporto's with someone tomorrow so will ask the question...

            Yep, couldn't hurt. I'd try something like Yamabond/3bond.
