I have a 600km round trip to East Gippsland coming up in a couple of weeks so nice inspiration from John. Got to get out into the country side more often as I hate driving around Melbourne in the 911

thanks for posting John's blog, its worth having a dig a round at some of his past updates, some his photos from the '70's and '80's motorsport are fantastic.
great roads, we saw 6 HWP on the first day, all on the major arterials. Once we hit Waterfall Way, fantastic roads, very little traffic, zero cops and few bugs one we were out the back, well worth the effort.
