Front indicator housings

Hi guys

Another question for the collective from the uninitiated

I have a pair of new front indicator housings that got with the car, from Sierra.
They have 2 bulb sockets, indicator and I guess side marker. The section next to the horn grille has no socket. I thought this would be the park light and circuit diagram shows them in there.

If the park lights are supposed to be in the housing what have I got?
I thought that maybe there is a US and euro version but I can only find different version lenses not housings.

They are the US version. The US don't require the Parker function.

The ROW units have the Parker globe, as well as a partition to prevent light getting to the indicator section.

I think you'll find that the repo units are wired only for the US market.
