Some Bad Ass Driving at Nurbergring........

Any one seen this before?
The question is....has it been staged or sped up- he seems to be flying passed bike riders- who if you have ever driven around Nurburgring- are not known as cruisers!! Also like the no gloves no helmut approach...

If its what I think it is - it's Fazcination at the Nurburgring...

I had it on tape.. still do and it was recently burnt onto dvd... along with another one recreating the original with a 996 based Ruf...

Apparently the driver's name is Stefan Roser... he was very ill I while ago or so I heard. He was nicknmaed Stefan - the Schwarzenegger of Opposite Lock!

Must get it out and watch it again.

I dont think youtube allows you to copy the files off their site. I think you cn only view them.

And Ross, as to whether the video has been sped up, I doubt it. the RUF Yellow Bird is one serious BIG HP 911 and it is still one of the fastest roads cars built. Excellence had a good article on that car recently.

It is from the Ruf film Fazination. This footage is really what put Ruf on the map. Stefan Roser was driving in loafers and jeans!! It is a cult movie and shows some of the most amazing driving ever!
