A couple of month ago I posted photos of a pair of VW cylinder heads that were damaged when shipped with Interparcel/Startrack.
The heads were boxed in original Autolinea supplied packaging, bubblewrapped, and then double boxed into a single large good quality box.
Per guidelines a claim was made via email with supporting photos and information.
This is the response received via mail yesterday, some 7 weeks after making the claim.
Any inputs appreciated..
