One for the experts but why does this targa have another plate above the vin plate? I thought that was a U.K. requirement.

I have had tourist delivery cars that did not have that plate guess they were not delivered into England

Agreed. C23 (Aus) complianced, tourist delivery cars don't have British Standard compliance plates. Either it's an error at the factory or a UK car. If it's being sold as an Aus car (I haven't read the CTS blurb) then I'd be making the assumption that it's possibly a factory anomaly. It wouldn't be the first time I've seen stamping errors/plate errors.
