Rego'd of course, that plate stays with me, mon ami.
As a factory 2+2 it never had the hardbacked Recaros- infact few Aussie cars did- as these would restrict rear seat access as they don't recline or incline.
If you're taller than say 5 foot 10 and are over a 34inch waist in your jeans then you have no chance of getting into those Recaro's anyway.
Non 2+2 and Recaro equipped 2 seater CS's have a welded brace across the rear seat section; the beauty of this CS is it's 2+2 configuration.....practical, just like a 911. My 9 year old daughter travels to school in the rear seat as she has done in the 901.
Cheers
SK.

I used to own a 944S2 and was a big fan of the 3.0L 4 banger. I admit I am tempted by this car, but have to keep reminding myself the plan is to sell a few of my cars and not collect more.
It would be a nice car to do Targa Tassie in though !sigpicPhil Lack

2.7RS swap
In the mid 2000's up at the Atwood driving track I once swapped Clyde a drive of his car for mine; he drove my previous midnight blue 968 CS and I got to drive his......
......white/red 2.7 RS Carrera !
Great deal for me !
Thanks again Clyde. First and only RS I've ever driven, and LHD at that!

I just received an email from the first owner who now resides in Memphis, Tennessee.....
In his words -
How interesting to see my old rocket advertised.
So enjoyed but never abused. Bought and sold in turbulent times
The 968CS is a great car and better than the 911
Great car, well maintained by me and never abused
How 'bout that, he saw the Carsales ad.....! I've asked for a little more history which he'll provide, and any old pictures of the CS which he has advised he has back here in Australia.
Small world.
