Even Garry was complementary of the set until he tried to fit it!

Apparently there just wasn't enough carpet to get over the sills (amongst a few other issues).

Garry is apparently a regular customer of John... And i didn't really want to post here before getting some response from John... But 4 weeks is plenty of time.

10 sets in the first run? that makes 90% success rate - Want to make sure everyone is aware before they go in on one of these sets that all is not perfect. Very good from all reports, but not perfect.

i gave up calling and emailing CBG.
and despite assaurances to the contrary i get the impression they were a bit miffed by some negative comments ….

FWIW, I had a carpet set from the group buy & had Gary Blackman fit them (as did Richard) but I had no problems whatsoever! The quality is very good & they look great in the car! No complaints from here.
