Dave at Classic Road and Track is currently preparing an Aussie delivered 911T for sale and we would like to give everyone on the Typ901 site a head start before it is listed on Car Sales next week.
Chassis No. 911100060;
Engine No. 6119018, matching.
Options:
It has had a Chellingworth Porsche engine rebuild in May 2014 and drives beautifully, the Sporto being incredibly smooth. We have a history file dating back to the late 70's, the original 2.2 Owners Manual but unfortunately, no original service manual.
The body has really nice gaps and beautiful original rust free floors. There is evidence of professional rust proofing, probably from very early, if not new. Dave hasn't had time to do the 'Clyde toothbrush' detail which we will leave for the new owner.
It is fitted with non-factory air which is currently not working, this could be recommissioned or removed.
An early 911 with this heritage, Australian delivered, matching numbers and in very good original condition is VERY HARD to find.
$145,000, currently registered in WA but would be sold unregistered to any other interstate purchaser.
The car can be inspected at CRT in North Melbourne, only serious enquiries please, Mark.
