      I'm loving that interior too!
I will need one just like it one day.

Did Aust cars have the graphics on the housing by the indicators/wipers or is that a U.S. thing?

Yes, it is sold, not quite in one day but certainly within three! Deposit taken and just waiting final payment.
There was a lot of interest and I thank all those who enquired. I am particularly glad that it has gone to a real enthusiast and that the club had first dibs.
I should let the new buyer reveal himself which I am sure he will, especially when he joins TYP901.

Well done. A nice car, sensitively restored for posterity.

                              Hi guys,

I've taken a while introducing myself to the forum but have been lurking for some time.

Mark was a true gentlemen to deal with and so was Spencer in helping immeasurably.

Unfortunately, I'm not at all a fan of the Sporto transmission. After being repeatedly told not to convert it, I decided to move it on in favour of a manual - if I can find one.

Car is exactly as per Mark, except approximately $13K of work from Spencer on tidying it up and freshening up the suspension, new tyres, etc... A lot of the items were not required but Spencer advised on carrying them out prior to the car being trucked up to Darwin.

Car drives beautifully and has a lovely patina as previous posts mentioned. It is also apparently a very well functioning example of a Sporto.

Aussie delivered with matching numbers and complete history on file.

It is currently in storage at the Classic Throttle Shop car bank in North Sydney and can be viewed during business hours by appointment. I also have the full inspection report by Spencer Harrison and invoice for his work since.

In keeping with tradition, I'm offering to the forum first.

                              Looking for $190K.

                              Thanks.
