Narrow body goodness

I did a little research. It appears the narrow body S targa had stainless and chrome windows up to 1977. Looking at mine it has definately been painted.

I think a return to stainless is in order!��

Adding to the Targa hoop colour conversation, the G-Series 2.7 Carrera and Carrera 3.0 both had black hoops. Everything else up to '77 had stainless. However, like all things, there were probably a couple of non Carrera cars that had black hoops in 77 before changing over to the SC.

Just for Fun

I am curious as to the underneath of the targa bar.

So I thought I would take two beers and head out to the garage.

Kinda happy with the result. No tool marks on the targa bar. The brightwork on the edges around the rear wheel will need to be polished. The red paint is pretty ordinary. I will need to brush touch a little but overall very cool.
