      Congrats Phil, stunning looking 993.
Hey Rich my last Porsche was a 964 Tip - really nice and easy to drive in auto but still rewarding to drive in tip mode, looks good value at $75k

993's are certainly beautiful and provide very comfortable modern driving, with the power that we all want.

But I think to let your car go Richard to get behind the wheel of a 993 would be a crying shame. You might not get that chance to own a 901 again.

I guess it depends on how much you love your car. Probably not a crying shame because you are certainly upgrading. But I reckon you will miss the 901. And you have a car that is a big asset.

I often play the Carsale's game on the IPad each night, going through all the models, and prices. Playing the "If I had 80 grand, what would I buy"

I think the Cayman prices are very attractive at 45 odd grand. It's alot of car, for not much coin. They would make a nice daily.

It's a big decision you have. I love modern cars. But their is nothing like getting in the 901 after a long break.

Kane I do it too…..my issue is owning an older car in a tropical climate where a cold day is 28C…..Modern cars do some things well!
          I still have an itch for a 968 Clubsport……...

yeah, thinking Kane is right... can't see me being a happy camper without my 901.

makes for an interesting discussion on what cars should be in my (i mean 'our') garage...
