well... the track virgin is no longer... and i survived! was s^&* scary sat sat arvo with rubbish weather and not really having much of a clue about anything. 'racing line' - what's that?!?

it's amazing how different a race track is to driving on the road.

this morning felt a million times better, even in the wet. had someone to follow who was setting a good pace for me... started to learn the track and where i should be when...

thanks to all the guys who gave good advice and were really supportive of my rubbish driving and lap times (and by the way i came 6th overall!!!!!)

sorry, no pics - was too busy riding the wave of adrenaline...

i am so not a racing driver... but that was a hoot!!

there were some good practice for the 6 wet hours later this year.
managed to get close to my nominated lap time when I had the wet track to myself.
