    Noisy bushes

My recently finished 1972 911E Sporto is "groaning" in the front end.... have tracked the noise to the bushes in the suspension, I've already pulled them out once and used some special expensive grease from Grant at Autohaus.... was quiet for about 50klms then started to squeak and groan again .... have I installed the wrong sort of bushes ?
Pretty sure they are a nylon/nolathane bush and quite a tight fit, even with grease - am I pushing all the grease out ?
    appreciate any advice
    Many thanks

I have standard rubber factory bushes in my cars, no problem (although the 72 hotrod, has adjustable sway-a-way spring plates with urethane bushes ,no noise).

It is an issue with the some synthetic bushes... plenty of threads on the usual forums about the issue
