The green outlaw 356 is owned by Marc Banks. He owns a few of them. Amazining car with a highly modified type 1 engine. Only problemo is that he cannot get it registered

The units are called Swamp Coolers, only made for the left hand drive markets (hence mounting on the R Side), which can somewhat obscure the driver's view in a RHD vehicle!
