Thanks for the feedback Rob. Did you have Paul do the IDTPs from your 69's original engine - or were they a different set all together?John Forcier

Chris
I have played around with jets and emulsion tubes on the dyno and the rich midrange is a constant.
John
I bought a second hand pair of 40 carbs in the USA and had them sent straight to Paul - not sure which they were, but checked with Paul beforehand and he said he could modify them to what I needed, including upgrading them to 46mm.

Michael at Promotive cracked the 2.0L case... Unlike Harry's 2.4 engine, this one was not stored well. Apparently quite salvageable with a clean up - though there is a possible problem with corrosion in the left cam tower/cam shaft. But the engine will be getting S cams anyway, so I'm not too worried.
Now at Port Macquarie. Beautiful place. Every chance this car may be for sale once finished to finance a boatAttached FilesJohn Forcier

And that's the project for later in the year So hopefully I'll have room for 4 cars plus workshop space under the house.
