Correct, Peter - the old grey mare. I just pottered around hoodless in sunny dry and cold weather, but I understand in the morning of the real run it was foggy and wet - rather interesting with a twitchy rear end machine I imagine, but fun!

Thanks Chuck I appreciate that. Glad you like the read also sorry about my poor editing I noticed some spelling errors right away! Damm.

All I have done is follow the lead set by Lisa and Hugh and tried to build on it.

I certainly had some help from my neighbour and our friendly printer and club member Paul Wischer who you all should know donated the cost of the extra glossy front cover.

We have it now that anyone could probably turn out the magazine without too much effort and that in the end is the name of the game, make it as easy as possible.

            Have fun at Dana Point

              Hey Clyde

One of the first things you learn when you put these things together is that you NEVER read them once they’re finished – doesn’t matter how many times you or anyone else has proofed it the odd mistake will always sneak through and you’ll only ever spot it once its finished.

I think from the general feedback you can safely assume that we are all highly appreciative of your (and all the contributors) efforts in putting this together and that the odd error just adds ‘character’.

Thought you would like that talk to me online in the new realtime chat section at the top of the homepage.
