Wondering now if I should have held onto my '78 3.3L 930 turbo that I had a while back ? Sold for around $65K but was not the daily driver I wanted it to be.

Same could be said for the '94 993 6 spd I sold as these seems to be moving up in price now.

You have to give Rory at CTS credit . . . he knows how to move the metal!

Must be the going rate for a 1971 911S. I received this email from CPR.

1971 Porsche 911S Coupe (Tangerine) - Sympathetic Restoration by CPR

This beautiful 2.2 liter Porsche 911S is one of the best sorted and best driving 911's that CPR has had the pleasure of having come through our doors. The car is equipped with factory sport seats, factory sport muffler, highly desirable Michelin XWX tires, and is refinished in the original and ever-popular Porsche factory Tangerine color. The car had a motor replacement early in its life, performed by the Porsche factory. The motor is a period-correct 1971 S motor and has been with the car since the factory replacement. The car was sympathetically restored by CPR in late 2011, and is a joy to drive and admire.

                              Pre-Summer Special Price: $165,000.00

I personally hope you are correct!!! Though by the time I improved Noddy's condition to a level comparable with the CPR car I'd probably be selling at a loss. As someone said, "in the end all Porsches cost the same amount".
