          Just an update on the tyre thread of this topic: Avons are now available through Stuckeys (no longer through Clive's people), but they have gone up in price a bit: $2030 fitted!

          I am looking at the Dunlops, which come in a 195/65/R15 front & 215/60/R15 rear combo for $584 fitted instead...anyone have any experience with these?

          I assume they will be the same tyre I had on the '69, so if so I will be a very happy camper, for a fraction of the price...

                About to have these (the Dunlops) fitted by Stuckey's to our Turbo on 15x7 and 8's. Should be on next week. Russell @ Stuckeys has said they look right. Avon's would look cool, but can't justify the price hike!

                  Alex, you could have been who he was referring to when he mentioned they were about to fit some to 7s and 8s to another mid-70's car! WOuld love to see how they look before I pull the trigger!
