Wiring question rear fuse panel

Do either of you have a 3 fuse cover for your fuse blocks? Was it provided for 72s? Does it fit under the panel cover? As I said above, mine didn't come with one, but I know that early-on someone had replaced the original voltage regulator and it looks like they rotated the fuse block too. (Auto sparky?)

The handbook does not show one either I have owned more than a dozen 72/73 cars and not one has ever had the 3 fuse box cover.
