Fitting the oil kit has required some massaging, read re designing, to make the crossover oil lines oil coolers and cooler guards fit correctly.

In the meantime I have been collecting other cool bits thought this would make a nice touch up front strapped to the tool kit and spare tyre

These are being made in the USA look like the originals but unlike the originals can now safely be refilled and have modern useable fittings

He has sold all the ones he made if he makes more I'll let you know Hugh Hodges bought the last one in captivity.

A teaser, the shell is back from the painters and going tomorrow to take photos

If your coming to the AGM you can see it in the flesh.

Now comes the careful process of re assembly and decisions about engines.

            Engines?

It will have more than one???

            (sorry, my sense of humour)

also I am (historically) a long time mini owner and more than one engine is in the blood - eg http://www.silverstoneauctions.com/1...-ds-105-twinny

put one in the front Clyde and you will have a flat 12!

                  Wow! Great colour.
There's me thinking it was going to be silver.

Sensational; love the colour and the panel fit - tipping 4mm gaps all round.

Colour is Viper Green which is the correct colour code of the 72 body we used and also happens to be a favourite of mine even though I have never owned one that colour until now.

Not sure if gaps are 4mm but they are the same for sure

Thats my 69S in the background, Mark now owns that car.

I thought the German sign on the car translated to "Bite my Arse", but further investigation revealed that it actually means "Please do not touch"

                        ...............I prefer the former :p

Is that how much the ST is costing?

I believe the air bottles are now to be available through this company - http://www.mjemotorsports.com/

you need to double check whether they are approved in OZ to be refilled - though there is a way round this. make an adaptor and fill off a Co2 welding kit
