    Nothing much happening Nick.

Getting the front crossbars that I bought from John in NZ painted so we can installl the seats with the lightweight runners all the bright trim has been dismantled and sent away for re anodising and polishing waiting on it to return.

I have acquired a set of magnesium MFI throttle bodies ready to attach to an engine one day!!

    Another cheap purchase

At this rate Clyde, you might have you engine built by the time the Very Fast Train makes its first run to Brisbane.

Clyde, I went to classic R&T this morning and saw the green beast out the back.

Even 80% complete (is that right, just guessing) it looks just awesome. Ride height and colour are epic.

Lots of progress outside and inside cabin, almost done.

H4 lights in, front bumper on, hood on, tie downs in place, mesh grills in place.

He will need an engine first to go on that drive.

I do have huge respect for people like Clyde who take on these multi-year restorations.

I get frustrated waiting a couple of weeks for a transmission rebuild, and annoyed when Pelican doesn't have the exact part I want or Sierra Madre is slow to ship something. Not sure I'm cut out for a 2-4 year restoration.
